Errata and Change History

Section 3.1 was reorganized. Registry identification was split into its own subsection covering the registry, registry-id, and the new registry-subjects attributes, the rights subject category and scope rules were consolidated, and the subsequent subsections were renumbered. The earlier “Changes Requiring a New ISRD” subsection was removed, conflict handling was tightened into explicit normative requirements, and editorial clarifications were made throughout.
