We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymized metrics about how visitors use the Site. These metrics may include:

Page views and referral URLs;
Browser, device, and operating system types;
Country-level geographic data; and
Anonymized IP addresses.

Cloudflare does not use cookies or track users across different websites.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

Create, verify, and manage your profile or registration;
Send your consent email to designated representatives or partners on your behalf;
Provide a record of submissions for your reference;
Communicate updates, confirmations, or system notices related to your activity; and
Improve the Site’s functionality, performance, and security.

We use anonymized usage data to analyze general trends, never to identify or track individual users.

We do not use analytics tools for behavioral tracking, advertising, or profiling.

When you submit a consent registration, RSL Media may send an email to a recipient you identify. You may also choose to:

CC relevant parties such as managers, lawyers, agents, or other representatives; and
BCC personal representatives or team emails to maintain privacy.

RSL Media’s system does not display BCC addresses publicly or share them with recipients.

All messages are logged securely for verification and reference only.

Except as described in this Privacy Notice, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

The only data shared externally is the email you explicitly authorize us to send on your behalf to designated recipients.

Aggregate web analytics data is processed and stored by Cloudflare in accordance with Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure, which implements industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and security practices to protect data in transit.

We use secure storage and limited-access permissions for user submissions and contact data.

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. By using our Site, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Data Retention

We retain submitted consent records and account data only as long as necessary to maintain a verifiable record of your submissions or as required by law.

You may request deletion of your account and related data at any time by contacting privacy@rslmedia.org.

7. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least thirteen (13) years old. If you do not meet this age requirement, then you must not access or use our Site; please do not use our Site, and do not provide information to us.

8. Notice to Non-U.S. Users Regarding Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we are a United States company, and we transfer information to the United States for processing. Your consent to this Privacy Notice followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
